I was going through mine and got to thinking… just how much money do I spend on these things? While most of them offer you to join for free they usually come with limits and many ads so if you really want to use them it is best to pay. Prices for such websites are usually around 30-40 dollars a year. Sounds like a small amount but it adds up. Still, its an addiction, especially if you use them the way I do. I might even be overwhelmed by all the different places I have to post up fandoms and pictures.

So, just a curious question. How many social websites have you joined and how many of those do you actually pay for? Is paying for it worth it in your book?

I have joined eight different social networking sites, I think… from the top of my head I think it is eight. I actually pay for three of them. Which three would that be?
DeviantArt – It just isn’t as handy without paying for it to get off all those annoying ads.
LiveJounral – The ads are one thing but you can’t modify your layout as well when you don’t pay. You also don’t get many icons and even that is an extra fee!
Flickr – They only let you load 200 pictures until you pay. That just doesn’t work for someone who takes many pictures.

I suppose only paying for 3 out of eight is good but it still feels like I’m paying a lot. Especially when all together it is over 100 bucks a year. 0_0

Murder Photo Shoot Theme

Doing these death/murder shoots were a lot of fun. Sadly, we weren’t able to do all the ideas in just one day. It got hot and we lost day time. Plus, we had surprise company and many other issues that happened. However, we plan to do a few more shoots at a later date. These will probably be a lot more gory. We liked the way the fake blood came out so we will do a few more shots more like this candle one. While doing pretty pictures is always fun, doing scary things is even more fun at times.

Especially when all of us were in a super bad mood when we started out but towards the middle of it we were having a blast because we got to pretend to be psycho killers. Oh wait, maybe I shouldn’t have said that out loud. LOL!

Anyway, I have no idea when we will actually have the time to do any more photography shots or cosplay because of work and school being back in session, but there are plenty of plans!

P.S. I’m going to be removing some blogroll links. It’s not because of visits (I don’t care about that) it’s just about sites that haven’t been updated in months or years. If you do start to update again I will be happy to place your link back up. xD

Layout Changes

The layout has been currently changed because I’m working on a new template.The reason for this was because of loading times. I should be loading a lot faster now, especially since I got rid of a lot of plugins that I don’t need anymore. If you see a lot of changes within minutes don’t be alarmed I’m just doing some tests.

Not a lot of action going on lately. School has started back up for my friends so photo shoots and cosplay will be on hiatus for while. I probably won’t even get the chance to see my friend – Brittany – until Christmas break. We are hoping to do the Durarara cosplay by then. Only if I can collect enough money for our materials.

Aside from websites and cosplay I have been working more on my fanfiction. I even have some awesome beta readers, though I’m still looking for a beta reader who wouldn’t mind reading fanfics for Vampire Knight or Bleach.

I have been bad with writing my reviews and updates on the current anime and manga I’m following. I will be sure to do that as soon as possible.
