Layout Changes

The layout has been currently changed because I’m working on a new template.The reason for this was because of loading times. I should be loading a lot faster now, especially since I got rid of a lot of plugins that I don’t need anymore. If you see a lot of changes within minutes don’t be alarmed I’m just doing some tests.

Not a lot of action going on lately. School has started back up for my friends so photo shoots and cosplay will be on hiatus for while. I probably won’t even get the chance to see my friend – Brittany – until Christmas break. We are hoping to do the Durarara cosplay by then. Only if I can collect enough money for our materials.

Aside from websites and cosplay I have been working more on my fanfiction. I even have some awesome beta readers, though I’m still looking for a beta reader who wouldn’t mind reading fanfics for Vampire Knight or Bleach.

I have been bad with writing my reviews and updates on the current anime and manga I’m following. I will be sure to do that as soon as possible.

Hostees, please let me know if anything is going wrong with your websites. John moved cpanel, there shouldn’t be any issues about it but just in case you are having a problem that might be why. Thanks!

New Layout: Kills with Cake?

I finally got around to changing the layout. It’s way different from what I’m use to so it might not stay long. It depends on how it grows on me. I did a lot of changes to this template because the original had a bunch of anime pictures on it. I just liked the way it was set up so I worked hard to remove any of the images that came with it, including the ads they had on it.

The new theme goes with our new cosplay team name: Kills With Cake.

Yeah, it might seem like a weird team name but it really does work for us because we are a little bit nuts and we cosplayed as three of the witches from Umineko, one of them actually killing people with cake. That is where the idea came from anyway. xD

Anyway, I hope this new layout works out. My last one was taking a long time to load. I wasn’t happy with that.

Sewing Progress

We have finished the skirts and what I mean by we, I mean my mother and I and then mostly my mother. What? she took over while I was asleep! lol Still, I did a lot of the work on them and I’m attached to the first one since I did some sewing on it. xD Let me tell you something, cutting out patterns is a bitch and makes your back hurts like hell. Oh well! I think the skirts turned out rather nicely for our first time sewing in years.

Now all we have to do is alter the shirts and make the ties. Yay! Then I need to buy the gloves and stockings… and be on the look out for cute boots. Woot! I want to be able to finish this before cold weather comes.
